Purchased in 2022 but hardly ever used.  Now.....Won't boot up........and there is no serial number on the back

Is this a desktop or a laptop? When you say it won't boot up, what happens when you try to boot it?

Nothing.  Absolutely nothing.  The screen is as black when plugged in and turned on (no life at all) than it is when it is unplugged.
