Hp all in one pavilion 24
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my computer the power button lights up and I get a blue screen with sad face and error code. Took computer to a computer guy to fix it, won’t even recognize a hard drive. I have tried virtual assistant and they won’t give me an access code.... says manufacturer warranty expired in October 2019. I just bought this computer Jan 22,2020.

The latter problem is because the warranty start date is when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.

 

You have to contact HP Customer Support and get them to reset your warranty period so you can get this fixed under warranty.
