I was just on my husband's 18 month old HP All-In-One PC 22-dd0000i (9FK23AV) computer yesterday with no problems. But when I went to turn it on this morning. It wouldn't turn on. I checked plugs and saw that electricity was getting to the computer. I went to Google and I followed the suggestion of unplugging, holding in "On Button" for 20 seconds, then plugging cord in again and trying it. I did this several times and nothing happened. The warranty is up and I don't know what else to do.

Hi @BI0511,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your All in one PC not powering on.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.
-Try connecting an alternate charger which is compatible to confirm if there is an issue with the charger or try the same charger on another laptop that uses the same type of charging port.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

Hello...Thanks for your response and trying to help me. I followed your suggestions and unfortunately it didn't work. I used another AC adapter that works on my brand new HP All In One and nothing happened. I also used the adapter from his computer to power up my computer and it worked. So it is definitely the computer itself that is dead. What do I do now? HP won't replace my 18 month old computer will they? I'm really sorry I just bought another one like it a week ago. I'm used to Dell...my old computer lasted 10 years. Any suggestions?
