That message is typical of a corrupted file, but not always.
Please explain what this statement indicates " i got the usb i have downloaded AND set it up and is not work"
Does this mean the you went here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
and made this install media?
If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB.
If not then do that. Boot to this new media and pick "Repair your PC"
