Z400 Bios Reinstall

Hello, I'm the owner of a Z400. Recently I’ve been dealing with the problem of me not being able to access my bios completely. It boots up into a terminal and talks about how my time & date is not set and then proceeds to talk about AHCI and Intel Matrix Storage Manager. After a hour it says “AHCI Bios installed” then gives me a Checksum Invalid error then goes through the whole process again. I’ve replaced my CMOS with no avail and even unplugged all my drives hopping it will do something else. I can’t access my BIOS as it loops me through the same AHCI stuff. 

I’ve read through multiple forums and posts about this issue and I can’t find a single one that could help me with this, I think it may just be a BIOS corruption. I read up on how to reflash my bios and it all comes to a standpoint. I can’t boot into the bios so I can’t preform the F10 flash and I kept hearing about a Crisis Recovery Jumper which I can’t find how to activate as there is no jumper, just 2 pins. 

If to some miracle someone has a way to help me, it will be most helpful!

This does not sound good.  I have had a few problems with my z400's but not as bad this.  I did accidently enable "compute" by mistake which was a PITA to fix.

I assume you have put in a new battery and did the CMOS reset.

If the system does not boot then you have to do the crisis recover.  You will need to jumper pin 14.  You can find a jumper kit of different sizes on eBay or amazon

Latest bios is 3.61. My z400 has liquid cooled CPU & GTX-1070 hybrid..
