It's not looking good since you have no USB keyboard and mouse function.

 

Try resetting CMOS by removing the CR 2032 MB battery, wait for a while, then reinstall the CR 2032 MB battery.

 

The last option is to have a local PC tech check the system.

 

A good tech might be able to reprogram the BIOS or replace/reprogram the BIOS chip if the BIOS chip is soldered to the MB. Reprograming the BIOS does not require a working PC.
