Hey there! @Gerd_vdh,

Are you using a wired or a wireless keyboard\mouse on the PC?

Have you tried checking with a different mouse or keyboard? Does the issue persist?

Check if the keyboard is functioning on the BIOS page.

If the keyboard works on the BIOS page try restoring the BIOS to defaults.

1.    Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2.    Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3.    On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4.    Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5.    Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6.    Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Try updating the BIOS to the latest version and check if it helps.

If you are using a USB mouse\keyboard try connecting it to a different USB port and check if it works.

Also, try connecting the mouse and keyboard to a different PC and check if it functions.

Check if the keyboard is functioning on the BIOS page.

If the keyboard and mouse do not function on a different PC it is a hardware issue with the keyboard and mouse.
