all in one power blinks on and off

imy all in one blinks on and off alternating with hp logo screen. this all started after a hard shut off during an automatic upate. it will continue to do this until i shut it down. not a computer whiz could use some knowledge

Let;s perform a hard reset on your Computer first:
-
Turn off the computer. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.

With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the Power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator, which is on the power button or near it, might turn on briefly but then it goes off.

Reconnect the power cord and turn on the computer.

the hard reset was first thing i did. it did not change anything. it still turns on goes to hp logo screen then shuts off and turns back on .it repeats that cycle until i shut it down completely

If there are no blinks or sequences as such, this may be a hardware malfunction and I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
