beeping noise 3 long 4 short repeated 5 times

When I power on my HP pavilion 24 all in one PC it turns on goes to a black screen remains at a black screen but repeats a sequence of three long beeps followed by four short beeps that repeats five times then the computer shuts off. I did get the computer to turn on one time previously then had went to move it to my room and have not been able to get it to turn back on I wasn't sure what made it turn on because it had made the beeping noise and I had just kept messing around hitting the power button holding the power button and things like that changing the power cords and at one point it did turn on but this time I have been unsuccessful I do not have the keyboard that originally came with it I I have plugged in a logistics USB keyboard and mouse not sure if that would affect it or not please help.
