Hi:

 

I believe that your PC is one of those with the MonkD motherboard where a recent BIOS update has caused many of those PC's to suffer a BIOS update failure.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to follow the guidance I posted at the link below, which has been able to fix the problem on many of these models.
