Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was triggered into a Bitlocker recovery by a windows update.  I have the Recovery Key ID.  I logged into my Microsoft account, highlighted my computer, and clicked on the BitLocker Recovery ID.  Two ID Recovery password keys appeared and neither work to get passed the Bitlocker key requirment.  My computer is locked in an endless loop.   Is there a way to get the correct Recovery Number Password using the Recovery Key ID?
