Greetings @yaq2025
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
It sounds like you can still get into windows once in a while.
Run Windows Memory Diagnostics.
Check Device Manager for any errors.
Back up system drive data before trying the following:
1. W11 24H2 has a Windows in-place upgrade option. Navigate to Settings>System>Recovery.
Then select "Fix Windows using Windows Update".
2. Try a "test" clean Windows installation. Same error after doing this points to a hardware problem.
The Windows Event Viewer error you have described can also be caused by: hardware, hardware drivers, or possibly a failing power supply.
I'm sorry to say but there may be no simple fix.
