Hi,

My desktop has recently stopped working with the error message "boot device not found hp hard disk 3f0".

I have tried to restart it a number of times including unplugging everything first etc.

The hard drive passed the quick test.

I have downloaded Windows10 onto a usb flash drive and tried the various options available but none have worked.

Does anyone have any suggestions please.

What issue you get when trying to install via bootable usb? Check if your SSD or windows drive shown in bios in information tab and boot tab
