@Mohamed95 -- given those symptoms, possible failed components:

  1. power-supply
  2. CPU
  3. motherboard
  4. RAM
  5. disk-drive not connected to "data" and "power" cables
  6. BIOS SETUP has been configured to EXCLUDE the disk-drive from the list of bootable devices
  7. dead disk-drive

Can you try the RAM in a compatible computer?

Can you try borrowing a compatible power-supply, and try using it?

 

Otherwise, take the computer to a qualified computer technician, for professional trouble-shooting.
