Product: HP Pavilion p6380t CTO Desktop PC

So I was dealing with Microsoft until they led me to a dead end, and since I can't talk to a real person on here this is my next best option, I had to factory reset my desktop( windows 7/ windows 10 upgraded) and I lost power which made the tower go into a fit, Microsoft made me download a "Clean version of windows" well now all I'm getting is the blue HP boot screen with everything being unresponsive besides ctl+alt+del, I don't know what I did but I managed to get to my thumb drive in the media tab which led me to the black blinking "_" but now I'm back at a blue screen. Microsoft says they cant help me anymore than they have but they are the ones who got me into this mess! please anything will help
