New Computer aio bought from E-bay tried all problem issues cannot solve goes to blue screen and asking for bit locker keys but did not keep anywhere ,so wasted hours trying to solve but no luck Warranty missed by 6 months,stranded

Are you sure this is NEW? Asking because ALL the ads I have seen oin eBay are for USED equipment.

My guess is this is used. Why? Because with a new PC, you would not be locked out with BitLocker, instead, you would have an option to store the key offline in case you needed to reset the PC. 

Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:

BSODs are way beyond our abilities here to diagnose and solve issues, so we can do nothing for you on that.

If this was mine, I would see about returning this for a refund -- for I believe the eBay has enhanced their return policy for fault products -- and this certainly is one.
