Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

intial start up couldnt remember my password. so went to the Gmail to receive a code but email is so full i cannot receive or send emails to it. tried deleting 1000 or more , no help .  Then went to f10 and f8 at boot up. nothing still.  unplugged it for a bit, and did f10 at powering on and now screen comes up asking for Power on password with the picture of key.  tried above again and nothing.
