Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp 6YR55AA desktop pc will not boot.  it has power and i can hear a fan come on but nothing but black.  the computer isn't even 4 months old! can't access setup. nothing.  help!  so frustrating.

Hi,

 

You're very lucky, you are in warranty.

 

Contact HP Support (Link). Use the warranty.

 

I would say you have a hardware problem. A forum cannot fix a hardware problem without suggesting removing and swapping components to find the bad part.

 

You have no video and you can't access the BIOS.
