change default boot order

I cannot change the default boot order.  Nowhere in my bios is there an option to change boot order, nor is there an option in the f9 list.  I dual boot with Ubuntu and Windows 10 and primarily use Ubuntu, but bios boots me to Windows by default.  I have to use f9 on every boot to get to Ubuntu.  There is no option  to change the order in either '"Configuration" or :"Boot options" in bios.

@canvecchio

There won't be because Windows owns the boot and can not see Linux.  You have to go into Linux and force GRUB to be the boot loader.

But, if you replace the preloaded Windows OS with a Linux distro, or add a Linux distro, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- including solving any problems with booting the other OS and/or installing the other OS.

Modern PCs with UEFI, instead of the older BIOS, are especially difficult to install because you have to go into the UEFI settings and make several changes before you can even boot from a USB stick -- and we are unable to assist in that work.

Your best bet for support now is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.

Since you are using Ubuntu, go here: https://ubuntuforums.org/

Good Luck
