hello 

i buy hp desktop desktop from resale market . when i power on the system  after it during black screen which called booting process here is shop name and address under the hp logo i want to change it from shop name to my name .how can i change it please reply

If this was a "company PC" that you bought during a sale -- the logo info was customized for the company.  There is no way YOU can change that.  IF you take it back to the company, they might be able to remove that for you. In addition, companies often "cripple" (remove functionality) from their PCs to prevent their  employees from tampering with them. Generally not a GOOD idea to buy a used company PC.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You would have to modify the BIOS to change a BIOS POST image.

 

It can be done but you would have to use the Aptio V AMI Firmware Update Utility (if you have an AMI BIOS) and know how to use this software to change the POST startup image.

 

I don't mess with this stuff. Maybe a local PC tech can do this.
