Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

tried to delete google from computer because of crashes, i watched a youtube video and i thought i had it figured out.

well, apparently i am an idiot and screwed it up. i was in the task manager start up page and i turned a bunch of stuff off.

now, the computer will not start up. i dont know how to fix this because of a blank screen now. please help!!

We reviewed your post and I understand that your Desktop not booting to windows 

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps

 

Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC) 

If the issue persists, Access the BIOS by tapping on F10 during the restart, and if the computer restarts while you are on the BIOS screen, it would confirm a hardware failure and you need to contact HP for hardware service. 

However, if it doesn't turn off while you are in BIOS, restart the computer and Tap on F11, to attempt a system restore followed by a system recovery to resolve the issue (follow the screen instructions for details).
