Connected an external hard drive to the machine

Hi @Jo312,

 

I'd like to help with the 3F0 error.

 

Try the steps below-

 

Step1: Remove and reinsert the hard drive

Step 2: Perform a hard reset

Step 3: Restore BIOS default settings

Step 4 Test the hard drive using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

 

For instructions refer to -Boot Device Not Found Error or Hard Drive Not Detected
