hp compaq 7100 cmt

Hi all, have my last pc that Im trying to get up & running, I borrowed the power supply from one of my compaq 7700 cmt's, it now runs the fan and try's to boot, but goes back to off with a red light and 2 beeps, the cmos battery  was totally dead in it, replaced it, and the hard drive has been wiped & cleaned, waiting to install windows 7, any idea's what it could be?? I was hoping to get it to boot to bio's, then I would install the HHD and install windows,I get 2 long beeps , hope I don't have to scrape this pc,had it a long time

turned out to be a bad power supply, I borrowed one from one of my compaq 7700 cmt's and it worked great, then I installed windows & all updates
