Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System randomly hangs for about 2 seconds. All tests show no problems. I do hear a strange spin up type sound just before the hang. All up dates have been done including bios update. Never ever had a computer do this before after 30 years of using them.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Don't know what your config is as you have not provided a product number.

Two seconds is not bad. A spin up sound would probably be a platter HDD.

Regards
