I have had this thing worked on 4 times, and still no answers or fix. Bought it at Best Buy and apparently there is a no lemon law on these. yes it IS out of warranty but i understand it falls under this lemon policy. According to Geek Squad I need a "return authorization number" to get a replacement/ refund etc. How do i get in touch with someone who can actually helpl?

what is the exact problem with your computer
it never worked, nothing was done during the warranty period?
You won't be able to get anything from hp, maybe even your dealer if the warranty is expired
