HP 22 all-in-one

My new HP 22 all-in-one desktop computer will not start. I have followed all the instructions provided. done troubleshooting as prescribed.  Nothing. No response.

I understand how frustrating this must be. I’d like to gather a bit more information to assist you better:

 

  1. What specific troubleshooting steps have you already tried? (For example, checking power connections, performing a power reset, or trying a different outlet.)
  2. When you press the power button, do you see any LED lights, hear any fan noise, or notice any screen flickers?

In the meantime, let's try these steps:

 

  • Power Reset: Unplug the power cable and any external devices. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then reconnect and try turning it on.
  • Check Power Adapter & Outlet: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and try a different wall outlet.
  • BIOS Recovery: Press and hold Windows + B, then press the power button. If the BIOS recovery screen appears, follow the on-screen instructions.
