Hi @RomeoKirmay
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Try each stick of factory RAM, one at a time, in the same memory slot. Then repeat this process using the second memory slot.
However, some MBs require a specific memory slot when using one stick of RAM. This memory check may be inconclusive.
You may have a bad stick of factory RAM if both sticks came with the PC. Or you have incompatible RAM if you are adding a second stick of RAM manufactured by a different vendor (different speeds and timings).
The problematic memory slot could also have a problem. It could also be a CPU memory controller problem or a MB trace problem between the afflicted memory slot and the CPU.
Hit the bad memory slot with compressed air. Let the PC sit for a while to dissipate any moisture created when using compressed air.
