My Gaming Pavilion Desktop ran great for the first month and I added 2 8 gb ram when i first got it. After the first month, I turned it on and it freezes in the black HP loading screen in. I tried a hard reset, battery drain on it, I tried everything to try to fix it. I ran diagnostics on it and everything passed. Me and other people think that it may be my windows 10 being corrupted. Can anyone please help me with my issue to try and make my desktop work.

Being that the model number is not posted, the ability to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool cannot be determined. If you go to the support page (https://support.hp.com/us-en) and input the model number, then look at the "Software, Drivers and Firmware" Tab, scroll down to find the "Software-HP Recovery Tool" click on that and see
HP PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, click on "Learn more' and then follow direction to make the Recovery Media.
OR
You can use the general Windows 10 media Creation Tool form Microsoft
If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue.
Using either one of these media - you can reinstall a clean Windows 10
I'm not an HP employee.
