download initial bios. does not turn on. you need to create a disk with a bios. on the download page for update only. 

I ask for help.

I did search for downloads (including BIOS) for this model, but did not find anything. That is unusual.

 

If the computer is less than one year old, exercise the original HP Warranty to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.

Thanks for the answer. The product warranty expired six months ago. Nobody can help me. I am very sad. Lost confidence in HP products.

Do you mean that HP Support will not help you for "free", since the warranty has expired?

Will they help you, if you pay an initial fee, when you first talk to them?
