Hi @Ali4King
I am very surprised, there are no: firmware, driver, or software updates available for your PC at this Site unless I am missing something.
Don't see this situation happening too often.
Contact HP Support for assistance.
I don't know if anyone in this Forum can assist when no downloadable software for your PC exists at the first link.
Regards

Hi, @Ali4King
When you have an issue like that, you use the base model number support page, which for your PC's model series is HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000i (i) is for Intel PC's.

According to the product specs your PC's motherboard has a SSID of 87A4, so you need the BIOS update that is good for that specific SSID for the operating system you are running.

It shouldn't matter which one you use because the Softpaq file number is the same for both.
