I apologise if this is in the wrong board I am currently unwell and having this desktop issue.

 

The error code is showing as 0xe0434352 at location 0x00000000772A8462

 I was advised to get into command prompt or cmd to change the kernalbase .dll but it would not let me.

 I was advised to reboot in safe mode it would not let me.

When trying these the message came up that windows may not be designed for this or it contains an error.

The desktop is not running properly. I think it was the same error message that stated a software issue.

I am just at my wits end as to what to do whether I need a new tower or if this can be repaired.

I appreciate any advice. I cannot find where I posted before but have been ill and the computer is slow and not doing as asked sometimes.
