I have an error message when starting the computer.
Product Information not valid
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) - Product Name
System Board (00A) - Product serial number
System Board (00A) - product Number
System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number
What can i do to resolve this problem?

I understand that the Product Information not valid while startup.
In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

hello i was happy when you answered me.
But i tried to communicate with the virtual agent without solution.
and i don't find number phone in France.
So i think i ll stay with my problem cause i saw with my number serie, my warranty is finished

Thanks a lot. My HP warranty has expired. But there is a paid solution at 39.90 euros for HP assistance outside the warranty.
Or i can Find a solution on youtube with a lot of videos concerning this problem!

I understand your concerns.
You've to contact HP technical support in your region, to re-tattoo the hardware hashes and product details into the BIOS chip with their propriety HP DMI tools.

I paid the HP assistance 39,90 euros. They only told me to change of Motherboard.
I must pay around 450 euros for a new motherboard.
The hardware defect of the device was highlighted following the control of my computer by Hp technical station (defective motherboard). Considering that the good is unfit for the use usually expected of a similar good, it is indeed a lack of conformity.
And i Saw this problem appear a lot of time in Google search ( or youtube search).
In addition there was the creation of a sales tunnel which limiting the offer until the end of the month. After this month the defective card will no longer be supported
So i don't want to pay 40 euros + 450 euros for this lack of conformity.
Good luck to other people who have the same problem. I know you are a lot to search a solution.
But in this case of lack of conformity, Hp told me to pay around 500 euros.

I found a solution with the hp dmi tool that i downloaded online.
But i don't have the CT Number cause it is inside the computer and i don't want to open it.
Someone have a solution to have the ct number of my computer ?

The service center told me today I must change my mother card (450euros).
I bought my computer in 2016 (around 500 euros). It is not old for me.
You can see on google: Product information not valid for HP. There are a lot of cases with this error message.
There is a problem with the mother card of HP. It is a construction defect. Not a problem from the customers.
The unique solution for HP is to charge customers (450euros) and do not consider this as a construction defect.
I hope in the near future companies will take care of customers instead of not acknowledging their faults.
