Cannot start dragonfly. Power-on authentication and pasword does not work

By "do not work", do you mean that you can type an ID, and type a password, but Windows reports "incorrect ID/password" ?

 

The "rules" on this forum do not permit anybody to respond on how to bypass such a condition.

 

Can you try a different keyboard, in case that your keyboard is malfunctioning?

I contacted HP support but they told me to contact the supplier. I seems to be a very rare fault that can not be solved. Machine needs to be returned.
