Hi @Ahm3d

Welcome back to the Forum.

I have never seen a firmware update hang at 100% for up to an hour. I have been using PCs since 1992.

Is this a BIOS update?

At some point you will have power off the PC and try to restart the PC. Or you will eventually lose AC power to the PC (the PC will shut down) due to some other reason.

I would say something is amiss. You may be in a no win situation if this update has failed.

You may have to have the PC serviced if the PC will not POST after a shut down.

Sorry to see this happen.

Regards
