Hello
this is a question that comes up regularly.
And unfortunately to date, no miracle solution
Sometimes, we recommend software, which allows you to reconfigure the keys, and it seems to work
But sometimes it seems like it just doesn't fit!
You can read this document
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-all-in-one-pc-24-f0000a/19391008/document/c02951398
As you have noticed, this is possible in the bios, but in general, with laptops, or some models, but not with others.
This pc, is between the two, laptop pc, and desktop computer, may indeed not be possible from bios because of that!
So either look on the software side, which may not be suitable.
Either no choice, find another keyboard that does not have this same configuration (no hp in general therefore)
Either do with this inconvenience
