Hi @Vicky1988,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Mini 110-11 is not responding to the keyboard commands to access the boot device order or BIOS setup options (typically <F9> and <F10> respectively), there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
- External Keyboard: Connect an external USB keyboard to your HP Mini PC and try using it to access the boot device order (<F9>) and BIOS setup options (<F10>). Sometimes, the issue may lie with the built-in keyboard, and using an external keyboard can help bypass this problem.
- Check Keyboard Functionality: Ensure that the keyboard is functioning properly by testing it with other applications or devices. If the keyboard is not working at all, you may need to replace it.
- Reset BIOS: If you suspect that the BIOS settings may be causing the issue, you can try resetting the BIOS to its default settings. To do this, you will typically need to locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard and remove it for a few minutes before reinserting it. This will reset the BIOS settings to default.
- Update BIOS: If resetting the BIOS doesn't resolve the issue, you may want to consider updating the BIOS firmware. Visit the HP support website, enter your HP Mini 110-11 model number, and download the latest BIOS update. Follow the instructions provided by HP to update the BIOS.
- Hardware Issue: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a hardware issue with your HP Mini PC, such as a faulty motherboard or keyboard controller.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with accessing the boot device order and BIOS setup options on your HP Mini 110-11.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
