Hi,

 

Check this Site for 3FO disk error options.

 

You will lose data if you reinstall Windows on this drive successfully. Or you may have to replace the HDD if the drive has failed. You can connect the failing HDD to a different PC to attempt data backup if you replace this drive.

 

Or you can try to recover data from the faulty HDD using a Linux Live CD/USB before reinstalling Windows.
