Providing you a product key for free is Piracy -- and we do not support that.
I know that NewEgg used to sell Win8x versions, but I don't know if they still do that. You would have to check and if they do, you would have to BUY it.
I don't know of anyone else offhand that sells Windows versions that old.
Also, it is likely to be a retail product key, not an OEM key, and if you are trying to activate an existing HP Win8.1 installation, I do not know if that will work.
