HP Pro Tower 290 G9 Desktop PC

HP Pro Tower 290 G9 Desktop PC  can't boot from DOK or DVD, and i can't update the bios because the file update is exe, the problem is that i can't see in the boot menu nor the DVD drive and not the DOK

I don't know what you mean by "DOK" but modern PCs have Secure Boot enables in the UEFI settings, and with this ON, the PC will not see any boot devices other than the internal drive.  You have to go into the UEFI settings, Security, and disable Secure Boot.

 

Don't force the BIOS update. Folks seem to think these are Miracle Cures that will fix anything that ails a PC, but the truth is that they often trash the PC in the process.  Just leave the BIOS alone
