The topic header indicates getting into the BIOS, which you can do by this method.  With the PC off, start tapping the "Esc" key, while still tapping the "Esc" key press the start button. Keep tapping the "Esc" key until a pop-up menu appears.  Then you pick which ever function you desire, from the pop-up.

The second question " can't log in to the bios"  implies that there is a password involved.  If that is what you are needing, then we are not allowed to help with those matters.  See below--
