how do i disable fast boot in bios on Pavilion desktop model: P7-1267C

Hello,

How do i disable the fast boot option on a HP Pavilion desktop model: P7-1267C. This model was released on 28-Dec-2011 but i don't know when it was purchased.

My friend is running AOMEI Backupper (a disk and file backup app) on the desktop.  She wants to set the backup process to run on system startup or shutdown but the Backupper app says we need to disable the fast boot option and i assume it's in the bios.

The problem is that i can't find the fast boot option anywhere in the bios.  normally it would be in the "Power-on Options" section of the Advanced menu option.

Fast boot is another name for fast startup.
