Hi:

Your PC does not support the Wolfdale processor family of processors.

You need to install a Conroe family processor.

Intel Core 2 Duo Processors:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Processor (1.86-GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 1066-MHz FSB)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Processor (2.13-GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 1066-MHz FSB)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Processor (2.40-GHz, 4 MB L2 cache, 1066-MHz FSB)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 Processor (2.66-GHz, 4 MB L2 cache, 1066-MHz FSB)

You can see if you can get the E5700 processor you installed to work by reading my solution for updating the microcode at the link below...

I have read and downloaded the file in the link that you have give. but I don't understand what it mean. can you give me a easy tutorial for me?

Sorry.  That is as easy as I can make it.

I think you will need to use Rufus to create the bootable USB drive though, unless you have an older PC that is running W7 or older.  sp27608 doesn't work on W10.

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

You want to make the FreeDOS bootable drive from the drop-down menu.
