HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation - new and was working - failed booting after about a month in service - keeps power cycling - no video - no beeps - can't seem to get a hold of hp support chat or phone number for this in warranty computer.

I'm sorry for this -- but the probably reason no one has responded before this is that HP had made it a nightmare to get support in the US.
You have to go online to the HP site and enter information that the site verifies to determine IF the warranty is still in effect and then, and only then, will it provide you contact information.
We are NOT allowed to provide you that ourselves and there is no Chat available in the US anymore.
Wish I had better news, but I do not.
