Hi,

 

Your PC was manufactured in 2018. This HP site (Link) lists BIOS error codes.

 

The first group should apply to your product.

 

You may have a hardware problem, a firmware problem, or a thermal problem if the BIOS error cadence is 3:4, or 4:3, or 5:2. HP is not showing a constant seven blinking LED error code at the above link.
