hp AIO 24-dp0014 stuck in Bios update fail

Guys, anyone knows how I can get rid of the Bios update fail which was stuck in the loop? I try combination key win+B and was able to recover the Bios but once it finished and boot up, back to the loop.

I removed SSD and tried, it was back to the loop but this time in a blank screen. 

I was looking for create a bootable USB Bios to update with USB but in the hp website, they didn't put this the Bios file.

Please help me out to fix it.

My AIO is hp 24-dp0014

No drivers were accessible to me on the site. I (somehow) found a way to contact support and they gave me this 'self service' link. In my case, the System-Bios Update 86F3 was needed.
