Dear sir,
We have HP PRODESK - when startup , HP ICON ONLY SHOWS. NO RESPONSE FROM KEYBOARD AND MOUSE.  NO STARTUP OF WINDOWS OS. KINDLY CHECK THE SYSTEM AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE FOLLOWING DETAILS OF PC FOR YOUR REFERENCE WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
