hp z600 workstation

hey so i have an hp z600 workstation which i use as a gaming pc, it has 2 xeon e5640, xfx rx 580 8gb 16gb ram ddr3, 512 ssd and 2tb hdd.

a while back i changed a setting in the bios and

i was currupted so i bought a new mobo the old one had PCB FAB REV 1.0 and the new one has 1.01 so i putted everything in the new one today and it turns on but no display like the fans spin and that it i tried putting the ram 1by 1, then tried to run it with only 1 cpu socket in 0 and still nothing i even left it on for a while cuz i guy said that sometimes it takes a while to boot up for the 1st time but still nothing, id be grateful if someone could help me out

@0Kaz0 -- two possibilities:

 

The power-supply needs to output a few different voltage-levels. It seems to be driving the fans. If you have a CD/DVD player, does it get power -- to open/close the drawer? Does the motherboard get power, to successfully run the POST (Power On Self Test)?  After the POST successfully ends, you should see something on your screen. Correct?

 

It's time to take your computer to a qualified technician, for trouble-shooting.
