Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i have a hp19 older one been working great till this morning. it was sleeping came on then came on by its self went back off light plinking then nothing everytthing off i hit the power nothing  at all ive done everything unplugged it held the power 15 sec still nothing could use you  all help im stuck thanks..

Hi @durango159 

 

Please provide a specific product number so I can check stuff. A HP 19 sounds like an AIO Desktop or a Laptop.

 

You have W8.1 so this dates the PC back to around 2013 or 2014. Is this correct?

 

I would guess a hardware problem if the PC shows no signs of life. Finding the faulty component is a tedious process and may require replacing components.

 

I would have a local PC Tech check the PC.
