"2233-HECI error during MEBX execution.

MEBX Status = 0302

ME BIOS Extension Module Halted.

Update BIOS or ME Firmware if problem persists."

Yes, it's for Windows 7, not labelled for your HP DC7900 running Windows 10, but give it a try.

 

> ME BIOS Extension Module Halted.

 

In BIOS SETUP, can you just "disable" the Intel ME ("Management Extensions")?

If your computer is not part of a "corporate" network, where "remote management" can be safely allowed, you probably do not want anybody to remotely access your computer.
