HP Recommended

HP G2 Tower, fairly recent warranty ran to about a year ago,  with BIOS Q50 Ver.01.05.01. I downloaded  HP Z2G4 Workstation System BIOS 22.3 MB sp163316.exe from HP site and ran file. I got  Q50_010813.bin  I used it on usb drive to update. The system reported i was good to go, 'will take five minutes...,' .etc. then, when run, returned an 'invalid BIOS in bin'  Is there a file.bin some where after 01.05.01 and before 01.08.13 available? does it make sense to try that?
